Every day we make

Choices

 

Too many to count

choices

 

about how we spend our time

how we treat people

what we will eat

 

how we will respond,

or react

 

where we will go

what we will think about

 

Who or what we worship

 

And, Lord,

my deepest desire

 

is for You to find me faithful,

for You to see me

seeking You

 

and that the choices I make

are directed by You

 

Your eyes roam the earth

to find the faithful

the committed

the wise

 

and that’s who I want to be

 

one of the few

who seeks You wholeheartedly

 

and makes choices

in Your strength

and with Your wisdom
