Jesus is a Gate

wide open

 

He is a gasp of fresh air

in a stifling world

 

He is a window to freedom

in a room of religious rules

 

He is water, living and alive

to a parched existence

 

He is a dance

in the midst of a crowd of unresponsive hearts

 

He is the Gate

I have walked through

 

and found Eternal Life
